"Base Hospital" about 1918?

From Maren Nielsen Andersen's album

Unidentified "Base Hospital" other labels say Barracks, Kitchen, WMCA, Wards, Camp. Any ideas? Pasted in the photo album in about 1918 time frame. **UPDATE** found postcard from relative at Camp Cody, New Mexico!  Can anyone confirm if this is or is not Camp Cody?  Thanks!
